I use FedEx. Shipping takes approximately 3 business days. Plese do not consider that a guarentee. 5 business days is a reasonable expectation.

No. Since I make each of these items by hand, I can make them in any size and color. Please contact me by email to place a 'special' order. Some items I can complete in a day, and some can take me two weeks or so. Please ask for a timeline, and be sure that it fits your schedule prior to commissioning the work.
